8 interesting tips that will help you to restore your motivation
Nobody said it was simple and easy living a healthy and active life. "It's cold", "I don't have a clean sportswear", "will compensate tomorrow with more intense training", "I'm away from the target, there is nothing to lose if I skip today", "I'm not in the mood" ...
