Morning detoxification

Morning is the right period of the day to get rid of the toxins that have entered your body through food, fluids and air we breathe. This basic recipe for  morning detoxification is advisable to apply daily for more energetic day.



Each morning after waking up, all you have to do is warm up 1 cup of water (200 ml). The water shouldn't be hot, but warm. In the water squeeze half a lemon, but don't add sugar. 
After you drink the lemonade, put honey in your mouth with a large plastic or wooden spoon (no iron), do not swallow and leave it to melt in your mouth.

This beverage benefit the gastronomical track and vibrant intestines and increased the secretion of enzymes, and toxins that the body converts into liquid and then the body easily gets rid of them.

Also the food that you consume throughout the day is digested faster and more efficiently, in less acidic.
