5 Healthy habits and behaviors that can help you lose weight

Whether you are trying to lose weight or just want to live healthier life, here are 5 important habits that every person should have:

1.Exercise - If you do regular exercise, you will have lower risk of contracting one of many chronic diseases and that will also help you to maintain your weight. If you don't have time-just take a daily walk.

2.Improve your sleeping habits - Determine what is your best sleeping schedule and wake up at the same time every day. Try to avoid a heavy meal before going to bed because it makes sleeping and relaxing more difficult.

3.Identify what are your sources of stress and manage them - Stress releases the hormone cortisol which can potentially have a negative effects on your body.

4. Plan - Make the appropriate shopping list for the coming week and remember don't go food shopping on a empty stomach. Also, plan out your meals every day. Start organizing your daily schedule so you would have time for some healthy activities.

5. Only buy real food - Buy organic food, purchase natural and low processed food like: fruits, fish, nuts, vegetables etc. Don't snack if you are not hungry.
