Anti-cellulite diet

Anti-cellulite diet helps the body to get rid of toxic substances. So, it does not mean reducing weight, but using a tasty and easily digestible food. Pay attention to product selection and the manner of their application.

Foods that are preferred:

Vegetables - fresh, cooked or vegetable juices

Fruit - fresh fruit or juice

Salads - spiced with vegetable oil and vinegar or lemon juice

Eggs - boiled or fried in oil

Yogurt - added to fresh fruit or flakes

Milk - with lower fat

Fish and meat - boiled or baked without fat and skins

Water - at least 6-8 glasses per day

Avoid: sausages, bacon, snacks, salty meat, salted cheese, fried foods, soft drinks, cream, hot dogs, canned soup, strong spices, lots of coffee.


Few recommendations:

   - Never eat quickly.

   - Avoid tension during a meal - for example, watching TV.

   - Eat always at the same time.

   - Always enjoy the food even when there are limitations.
 


To be successful and cellulite quickly being removed, it is recommended: Massage of body parts that cellulite is visible, stretching exercises or swimming, breathing exercises and walking in nature.
