8 reliable ways to burn more fat

1.Cardio exercise. The more you practice a particular exercise, the more the body adapts to it and burn fewer calories. So surprise your body. If your favorite activity is runningsprint for 2 minutes, then jog slowly then sprint again. If you walk, walk 5 minutes, then slowly run 5 minutes, then walk again .

2.Exercising with weights. Exercising with weights is not just for men and is especially recommended if you want to burn fat. Muscle mass burns many times more calories than they do fat. Muscles consume more calories when at rest. To maximize melting fat during training, women should do 12-15 reps.

3.Consume dairy products. Dairy products are rich in calcium, and calcium reminds the body to quickly burn off excess fat. Studies have shown that women who consume three times a day dairy products with low-fat, burn 70% more fat compared to women who don't consume enough dairy products.

4.Eat foods rich in vitamin C. Nutritionists recommend to consume large quantities of food containing vitamin C, as it quickly melts fat. In your diet regularly include:

Fruit: lemon, grapefruit, lime, watermelon, apple.
     Vegetables: red peppers, broccoli, cabbage.

5.Drink a cup of green tea before exercise. Green tea will speed up your metabolism, so during physical activity your body will burn more fat.

6.Season meals. Season your food with cinnamon, speed up your metabolism with a chili pepper. In both cases you will get your metabolism to work faster and burn the unwanted execs fat.

7.Never starve yourself. When hungry, your body does everything in its power to survive and begins to store fat to survive the "crisis" period. It is the opposite of what you want to achieve. So do not skip the "small meal every 3 hours."

8.Say "yes" to meditation or other relaxation techniques. Stress is one of the biggest causes of fat on the abdomen. It has been proved that hormones secreted during stress increase appetite and promote "storage" of fat in the abdomen. Find activities that relax you and when you feel that nervous attack, take your time and use it to relax.
